helpful staff convenient location missing facilities inaccurate description

The location was convenient with many restaurants nearby.. I walked to them easily. The staff helped me with tips about local transportation. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room I had did not match the description. There were no coffee or tea facilities as advertised. I asked for these missing items and was told I would receive a coffee machine after two hours, but it never came.
